1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the hao778 Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. hao778 strictly prohibits the use of this Platform by individuals under 21 years of age.
2. You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence or access. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction that is specifically excluded by hao778's licensing conditions. Prohibited jurisdictions include, without limitation, the United States, the United Kingdom (via UKGC-licensed markets), France, Australia, and any country subject to international sanctions.
4. You must not be a director, officer, employee, contractor, or agent of hao778 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of any such person.
5. You must hold a single registered Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
6. You must act on your own behalf. Registering or placing bets on behalf of another person is forbidden without express written authorization from hao778 management.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money betting on hao778, you must register a Player Account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide: (a) a valid and unique email address; (b) a secure password of at least 8 characters; (c) your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; (d) your date of birth; (e) your country of residence (Indonesia). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

3.2 Account Security

hao778 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account immediately after registration. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify hao778 support immediately at [email protected]. hao778 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security practices.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

hao778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account activity poses a fraud, security, or legal compliance risk; (c) you are engaged in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest play; (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our licensing obligations, hao778 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity or at hao778's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

• Photo Identification: A clear, unedited photograph of your National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid international passport.
• Proof of Address: A government-issued document or bank statement (BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri) dated within the last 3 months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your photo ID next to your face, with today's date written on a piece of paper.
• Source of Funds (if required): For withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000, hao778 may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of the funds deposited.

4.2 Processing Time

KYC documents submitted during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB) are typically reviewed within 1–6 hours. Documents submitted outside these hours are processed within 24 hours. hao778 will notify you by email once your verification is approved or if additional documentation is required.

5. Deposits

hao778 accepts deposits via the following methods. All deposit amounts are credited to your Account in the equivalent value at the time of confirmation.

hao778 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and that matches the details on your KYC-verified Account. Deposits from credit cards issued in restricted jurisdictions or from accounts not belonging to the Player will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

6. Withdrawals

hao778 is committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are processed automatically via smart contract execution. Fiat withdrawals via Indonesian bank transfer require manual processing within standard banking hours.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Withdrawal destination must match your verified identity. hao778 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts, digital wallets not registered in your name, or anonymous wallets flagged by AML screening tools.
• Any Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the corresponding deposit.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding Rp 500,000,000 per day require additional compliance review and may take up to 72 hours.

6.2 Processing Times

Cryptocurrency withdrawals: processed automatically within 15 minutes of request submission, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): processed within 1–5 business hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at opening the following business day.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

hao778 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
2. Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Sports betting (football, BRI Liga 1, EPL) contributes 100% on single bets and 50% on accumulators (mix parlay).
3. Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated expiry date. Bonuses not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
4. Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum single bet permitted is Rp 500,000 or cryptocurrency equivalent. Bets exceeding this threshold during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
5. Abuse: hao778 reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
6. Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time. Activating a new promotion while a previous bonus is pending will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the hao778 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the Platform's help section.

8.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted on football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and other markets as published. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets accepted prior to an event going in-play are "pre-match" bets and are settled on the final result of the match including any extra time where the market specifies.
• In the event of match postponement, suspension, or abandonment, hao778 will follow the specific rules for that sport as published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Maximum payout per single bet slip (including all accumulated winnings from mix parlay) is Rp 1,000,000,000 per day. Bets resulting in potential payouts exceeding this limit may be accepted at a lower stake at hao778's discretion.
• hao778 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error (palpable error) or where the event outcome was influenced by corrupt or irregular activity.

8.2 Casino and Live Games

All casino games, live dealer tables, and instant games are provided by licensed third-party suppliers. Game rules specific to each title are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the bet will stand and be settled according to the recorded server-side game state at the time of disconnection.

9. Responsible Gaming

hao778 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and after a 72-hour cooling-off period when raised.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set automatic session timeout reminders in their Account preferences.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to pause or permanently discontinue their gambling activity may self-exclude for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides optional on-screen reminders at configurable intervals displaying the duration of your current session and net win/loss.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hao778 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or using aliases, third-party identities, or corporate entities.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain advantage not available to standard Players.
3. Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or conduct chip dumping in poker or live table games.
4. Laundering money or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from unlawful activity.
5. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
6. Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other communication with hao778.
7. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in hao778's systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
8. Engaging in any form of bandar bola (unofficial sports bookmaking) activity that involves taking bets from third parties through your hao778 Account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hao778 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers hereby disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

hao778 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform; (b) gambling losses incurred while using the Platform; (c) loss of access to the Platform due to planned maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or events outside hao778's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunication outages, or blockchain network disruptions; (d) unauthorized access to your Account where you failed to implement recommended security measures.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, hao778's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, hao778's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, game assets, audio, and other materials displayed on the hao778 Platform are the exclusive property of hao778 or its licensed third-party suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without hao778's prior written consent. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of Platform content is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense.

13. Privacy

hao778's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

We employ bank-grade TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. 14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hao778 holds its international gaming license.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and hao778 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial and agree that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action.

Nothing in this clause prevents hao778 from applying for injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
